Hampshire PC - Services

Hampshire PC offers many I.T. related services but as we wish to keep things as simply as possible, many things are covered by a simple, standard, play £20 p/h fee. Some of these services include:

• Installation of software
• Installation of components, hardware and peripherals
• Virus checking and removal
• Data backup and recovery (more complex tasks are P.O.A)
• Internet / Broadband / Email installation, setup, configuration and troubleshooting**
• PC Basics training
• Most troubleshooting and installation tasks

Obviously parts cost is not included in the above £20 per hour services.
Other services are either too complex or costly to include, or they may take many hours but be relatively simple and would not justify many hours worth of troubleshooting fee - e.g. Windows installation. A selection of these are shown below, but for a more accurate quote please contact us!

• Format & Install (or upgrade) O/S (such as Windows XP/Vista/7): £30
• Windows Password Restore: £20
• Complete PC Build (+ parts): £50
• PC Healthcheck*: £25
• Data Disposal (Per HD): £20
• Network / Database design: £POA
• File Recovery: £POA
• Network Troubleshooting: £30 p/h
